wdbks accepts a variety of local Malaysia payment methods:

Most deposits are credited instantly or within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers are usually instant via FPX or DuitNow. In the rare case where a deposit has not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction (bank slip or screenshot) and we will investigate promptly.

Deposit limits vary by payment method. In general, the minimum deposit is RM 30 for bank transfers and e-wallets. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level — accounts that have completed full KYC enjoy higher deposit limits. wdbks does not charge any processing fees for deposits via local bank transfer, FPX, DuitNow, or Malaysian e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours for e-wallet and local bank transfer methods. During peak hours, this may extend up to 24 hours. Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal request that is still in "In Progress" through the Transaction History section in your account. Click on the relevant transaction and select "Cancel". Once cancelled, the balance will be returned to your game wallet instantly. However, withdrawals already in "Approved" or "Sent" status can no longer be cancelled.
