Welcome to wdbks. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the wdbks.net website and all services, products, and content provided through it ("Platform"). This Platform is operated by wdbks, a company licensed and registered under the relevant jurisdiction.

By accessing or using this Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• Placing hedge bets (arbitrage betting) intended to guarantee profit from bonus offers
• Harassing or threatening other players or wdbks staff

Any breach of the above terms will result in immediate action, which may include temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wdbks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this Platform.

Wdbks makes no guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur, and wdbks will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

The total aggregate liability of wdbks to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
